India needs more Entrepreneurs than Managers

We found this interesting article by Prof. Nandini Vaidyanathan's inspiring interview in 'Change for better' Encouraging entrepreneurs to promote nation-building: http://changeforbetter.org.in/index.php/makingadifference. We have shared this on our Facebook page also.
While posting we realized that there is need for some perspective of why people link entrepreneurs to promote nation-building. We strongly believe that for India to become a prosperous nation, entrepreneurs will play more important role than managers. India needs its own “Microsoft’s; Google’s and Apple’s stories and companies coming out its garages and its chawl’s”.
In this pursuit, people like Prof. Nandini Vaidyanathan; Manjula Sundharam and Online groups like Head Start plays a very important role in grooming the future Leaders of the country.
In India and world at large the economy is going through a testing times and the need of the hour is “entrepreneur not managers”. Entrepreneurs create the most positive culture in any society with their ability of creating products and companies by virtue of their inspired imagination. Along with their ability to allocate capital and their foresight that ultimately drives much of the company and the economy in larger context.
Inspiration can be derived from constant pursuit of excellence and happiness. You do not require reading or completing a Ph.D thesis to understand this. We all are blessed with incredible Power of Imagination and Reasoning which enabled us be evolved as Human Beings from our original state.

Best Wishes & Happy Entrepreneurship
